A great set, though They Were Expendable inexplicably comes in a snapper. Perhaps that's appropriate, as I consider snappers to be expendable too.

Warner Home Video also stuck "old-stock" snappers in some of their other box sets that mixed new and previously-released discs, like The Elvis Collection in 2004.

My copy arrived today... and They Were Expendable is in a snapper. It's a bummer, but not too bad; the collection will be displayed "John side out."
