I have my old DS and wouldn't mind trying this game but don't know if I want to chance it for 18 bucks (that's including the shipping charge). It just seems so awkward to hold, push buttons and strum with the stylus at the same time.

All the reviews I remember reading said that it's really awkward to play (you set off star power by shouting at your DS) and the sound quality leaves a lot to be desired. To me, it looks like a good way to develop carpal tunnel syndrome real quick.

Coincidentally, I just bought this at a B&M (division of Circuit City in Canada) for $19.96 on clearance. It's still a pretty good deal even at that price. When I will get around to playing this is another story...

The video review of this on IGN doesn't make it seem like playing it would be that awkward. Of course, you hands will cramp up if you play it for too long. But my hands cramp up even after using a PS3 arcade stick for too long ...

Unfortunately, they're 99% sold out. Those that might have stock have only one in stock, as was the case at the store where I got mine. You can do a store stock check on their site to see if anywhere near you still has it.
