The Jeffersonian team's musical preferences are revealed when Brennan and Booth reluctantly scour the death-metal scene after the discovery of an actual human skeleton being used on stage by a band in Norway. But they are separate episodes, no? Why not give them separate threads?

Wouldn't it have been better to not have that ridiculously long break there in the middle of the season?

Nah, even though they are 2 separate episodes, they are airing the same week, so I'm combining them.

Anyone think the tone of the show has been more or less comedic this season?

This show barely gathers enough discussion for 1 thread per episode - I don't see a problem with a combined thread for 2 episodes in a 24 hour period. Besides, if the show 24 gets one big thread when they have a "two night event", why not this show?

Really, even individual threads seem unnecessary. I think a single "Bones Discussion Thread" is all that should be needed. This isn't Lost; there's not that much to talk about (have there even been threads for Bones over the past few weeks?).

I enjoyed tonight's episode. But then again, I watch for the hot women, Suites (gotta support those Freaks and Geeks alumni), and the Cocky belt buckle. This episode did not disappoint.

Tonight's episode had it's moments, nice to see Stephen Fry back again, but overall I felt it lacking a bit. Nice to see Brennan playing bad cop. But overall last night's episode was better.

And we get another new episode on Monday.

I thought tonight's episode was the best, because of Fry's presence.

I agree, aintnosin. Sweets is my favorite character after Bones and Booth, but much of that is due to how B&B abuse him. I hope they don't change that based the events of the last episode.

I recently started watching Fry's round table/quiz show, QI. It's a really good show. You can see many full episodes here.

Just watched the first episode (I am a bit behind). The whole time I was convinced that it was Mayim Bialik that was the murderer, just because she was only in the show for a second towards the beginning, and I assumed that she would be back because she is well known. Guess not.

Was there two episode this Monday as well? It looks like my PVR only got one.

1 aired on Monday before 24 and one will air Thursday night. I'm also a little behind as well.

Well I would certainly agree after Monday's "Double Death of the Dearly Departed"'s whole "translation" banter. Very amusing episode!

Why no double-episode thread? I'll just populate this as a series thread.

Here's a tip to the casting department: If you're trying to cast an androgynous character, don't pick a hot effeminate chick. I had no idea it was even in question until the characters brought it up.

My wife and I were thinking that the whole episode. They seriously cast her for that 30 second part? She must not be getting much work these days.

I really like how they've fleshed out Sweets character. He's not just Booth's witless foil anymore.

This show has one of the best casts, I swear. There are plently of crime/investigation shows out there, but this one has some of the best character interactions ever. Love it.

+1 on the fantastic cast... I've grown to like every single one of them. Kinda wish they never kicked Zach off the show...

I know but I've actually grown to like all of the temps with the exception of the guy that plays hockey with Booth, he's a bore.

I also miss Zach, but I do like how they keep recycling the different grad students. Pretty entertaining.

Wasn't the conclusion that he was a he? Angela said "I felt it move" at the end after she hugged him...

Yes, but the actor was obviously a woman.

Here she is : http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1280361/
