Can I do a B1G1 with a certificate code?

Basically I had a CH account I forgot about and got charged 50 something for the last 2 DVDs of the deal so I can buy them at anytime. Can I do a deal where I can get 2 for free with the 2 that are already bought and on the certificate and make it something like a B1G1 deal?

Try calling them and see if you can place the order over the phone using your certificate and promo code. If not, see if they'll let you place an order, using a promo code, and then refund you for the two you were charged. Dunno if they will, but it's worth a shot...
