I guess this show is one those that doesn't need a weekly thread?

This show does a great job of keeping up on the stuff it needs to: ie, current comicbook (not "comics"

) storylines.

Great episode, short though. Was only 19 minutes long. Lots of references to earlier episodes. I don't read comic books, so I couldn't follow all the DC references. Guess I'll have to read up on DC instead of doing work.

I knew all of the comic book references and I barely read comic books, much less the DC universe comic books mentioned on the show. Sadness.

I wish they had found a slightly better looking guy for this episode. I just couldn't buy Penny EVER slumming with this guy. EVER.

I stopped reading comic books cold turkey last year and STILL understood everything they were talking about.

Glad I'm not alone about Penny's actions being a bit odd. Although I guess it could be argued that lately we've seen her pick up a lot of the nerdy stuff herself.

Didn't Raj had something similar happen before waking up with a girl after being drunk? Actually, I guess all the guys (except Sheldon) have gotten some action. Kinda nice to see.
