Question on Toshiba 4109-X 6-disc DVD Player

Does anyone know if you can get rid of the word "zoom" in the lower right hand corner of the screen when you are using the zoom feature. On 2.35:1 movies I would prefer to watch them with the first zoom setting to gain a little bit more of the screen. However, being that the word "zoom" stays there I worry that it will burn into my screen over time.

On the remote: Hit setup. Then hit setup again.
