I've ordered quite a bit from them and have been happy with their service.
I setup a program to scrape their used DVDs webpages into a spreadsheet to check for price cuts and any used DVDs that have been added since the last time I checked.
Otherwise, its too painful to go page to page for almost 1000 used DVDs they have on their site.

I couldn't get the coupon to work a second time today. The message made it sound like it was expired, but maybe it could only be used once per account.
