Are Columbia House shipments tracked? Missing orders

Are the shipments from Columbia House tracked or do they have delivery confirmation? I recently place an order during their 60% off sets special. The order was shipped on 3/18 and I haven't received it yet.

I wouldn't usually be worried but the order was for 4 sets for $240. I can't image they wouldn't have an order that high tracked. How long is the wait period to call them and complain? Is it 3 or 4 weeks? I'm hope that even if they refund me that they won't cancel my account that I've had for 4 years even though I've ordered a lot of dvd's for friends and myself. Anyone ever had an expensive order go missing from them?

They are usually sent media mail, so I don't think there's tracking or del conf. You have to wait 4 weeks to ask for a replacement. I've had a few things go missing over the years, and had no problem replacing them, but I've never had an order over $100. I don't think it would matter though. They should be able to claim the loss with the USPS somehow.

I'd give it time. It's only been two weeks and media mail can be quite slow at times.

Media mail is never reliable. But yeah you never know what to expect from Columbia House. It can arrive very quick or take weeks.
