Adam Lambert, even though most of you hate him, was by far by favorite last week. I'm looking forward to seeing what he does this week.

Megan Joy needs to go. Not feeling her sound and the Tattoo's continue to bug the shit out of me.

Looks like this weeks episode is only 80 minutes!!! They had trouble doing 10 singers in 120 minutes. They can probably get all the singers in if shut Kara up!

It's an 85 minute show, starting at 7:00 pm CDT. At 8:25 CDT a new show called Osbournes: Reloaded starts.

From the preview I saw, the blindfolded man appears to have two good looking, young women in front of him and presumably has to guess which one he is kissing while blindfolded. But of course they pull the 'ol switcheroo... bringing in this 80 or 90 year woman.

I voted for Megan, but Scott is my second choice. IMO, they're the two weak links and as boring and thin as Scott's voice was last week, Megan Joy was just a whole different level of awful. It's like she's trying so hard to evoke Amy Winehouse or Duffy that she's lost any tone that was once pleasant.

Another Adam hater here, but I think he's got a few weeks of life left in him. Last week's performance was certainly his best, but was still song way too high for his voice.

iTunes Top 100 should be interesting. Here's a current list. A lot of it is rap, so I'm assuming those songs are out. I imagine blood will be shed among the guys fighting over "I'm Yours". "Don't Stop Believing" and the songs by White Tie Affair, The Fray, Plain White T's, Jesse McCartney and Shinedown would be possible choices for the guys. Alison has some good picks in there - I could see her doing a good take on Pink's "So What" or "Sober". Lil Rounds will probably go the safe route after two weeks of the judges giving her hell and go with one of the Beyonce songs.

Megan finally had a bad wardrobe choice.

Danny is a douche. And he sounds the same every week.

If the selections were intended to be "current," I think we had a huge failure of concept this week. Why not just call it, "Sing Whatever The Hell You Like Week." Even if they tried to tie it into a generic popular downloads theme, the only songs that would fit under that description would be Anoop's, Danny's, and Matt's, since they've been released in the last five years. But it happens every time they try to get the contestants to do something current. Someone will find a loophole and drag out something old, like last year when someone pulled out a Beatles song because it was #1 on the catalog albums chart.
