Hmm. I got the first 6 (Vols. 1 & 2) from Amazon for $54. I reckon I should be able to find Vol. 3 and Quantum for less than a 100 bucks.

Primo quality HD releases regardless.

Wow, you got the first six Blu-ray sets for $54? I'm jealous.

I don't care about these things, but someone will ask; no slipcovers, individual titles not sealed.

So they are just the individual boxes in one big box?

There was a sale last Fall on Amazon for both packs + a BML discount that brought it down to that (I jumped on it too, I think that week there were tons of awesome deals).

So there are only 10 Bond movies on BR so far?

Maybe it's 11? The original 6 a few months ago, then 3 more classic titles Tuesday. And the 2 Craig films. And Never Say Never Again but that isn't official.

I think this Costco set does not include one of the Craig films.

I could be off, several Bond threads in HD probably.

I beleieve the Costco set has the original 9 plus QoS. It leaves out CR and NSNA.

Having received the Ultimate box set only 2 Christmases ago, I can't see upgrading all these movies just yet. I'll wait for another Ultimate BR set that can be had for $100.

I got the first 6 from Amazon for $6 each last Nov. I'll be waiting for Amazon to do that deal again.

It's killing me to wait but I'm doing the same thing. I bought all 4 volumes of the Ultimate Edition DVD on sale and then a few months later the complete set came out. I almost bit on this deal but I think I'll hold off for a complete set on BR also, but it's not going to be easy waiting!

Plus, I was not that impressed with Quantum of Solace in the theater, so I don't feel the need to own it right now.

Well my philosophy is that the series will never end so there will never be a "complete set". I held off on even opening my Vol. 1 until recently and sat down to watch DR. NO. Amazing, amazing, amazing. In my mind, I will thoroughly enjoy these right the heck now, and if a more impressive version comes out later, I'll take them as they come in terms of a repurchase. But right now, these are too fantastic to not be watching.

Well maybe not a complete set but at least the pre-Craig Bonds will be in a complete set most likely. None of the individual volumes have had a Craig film in them (just this Costco bundle). I assume they're just re-releasing the Ultimate Edition sets on Blu Ray and only putting 3 instead of 5 in each volume.
