DVD Talk review of 'Doctor Who: The Ribos Operation'
I read Justin Felix's DVD review of Doctor Who: The Ribos Operation at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=36702 and...
I don't have my old Key to Time set handy, so I gotta ask: Is the Baker/Tamm commentary new or a holdover from the older release?

There are new features on these special editions, and I made a decision to just report in detail on those features in these individual reviews rather than try to make a comparative analysis between disc versions (especially since I don't have the old discs).

You can get the full details here and here.
And this is the important blurb:
"The only things that were on the 2002 edition that are not in the Special Edition are the original photo galleries (which were very minimal and have been replaced by much better ones on the special edition) and the Who’s Who text file biographies of the principal cast members, which were discontinued from all releases some time ago."
All in all, this is a substantial upgrade from the original DVDs.
