Never saw this thread till now, but I did get my order in a couple days ago when I saw it was showing as free.
I did happen to get in on the KFP freebe deal too, even though I usually miss out on these type of things.

What do you mean you see a charge in your account info? I still show the free DVD in my order history. And there wouldn't be a charge on a credit card or anything since it's a pre-order.

looking in my order history on the ch website shows a total of $32.95 for the preorder of hotel for dogs. it has a new order # that was created 3/19.

i just got the email as well tho so i guess that $32.95 should fall off eventually.

I havn't received any emails, but did get a letter in snail_mail today telling me the order was cancelled. Hopfully I'll end up with a free one.
Also in my mail were some of the Blu-rays I ordered during th BOGO sale just a few days ago. CH shipped those VERY quickly this time, as I just used the free s/h as always.
