Revolutionary Road June 2nd

Another Oscar nominee has been slotted into the schedule. Paramount will release Revolutionary Road on June 2 (prebook April 21).
Starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet (who won her first Oscar this year, Best Actress for The Reader), together for the first time since mega-blockbuster Titanic, Revolutionary Road wasn't as, well, titanic as their previous movie, grossing $22 million in theaters.
Still, Revolutionary Road, which won Kate Winslet a Golden Globe for Best Actress in a drama (she won a Globe for The Reader too, but Best Supporting Actress), doesn't sound like the same feel-good movie as Titanic is. Based on the novel by Richard Yates, Revolutionary Road examines the relationship of a '50s couple as they come to terms with their problems while raising two children. Sounds kinda depressing -- but with brilliant performances.
The DVD and Blu-ray will be priced at $19.99 and $29.99, respectively.
Here's the extras list:
· Commentary by director Sam Mendes and screenwriter Justin Haythe
· Lives of Quite Desperation: The Making of Revolutionary Road (HD)
· Deleted Scenes with optional commentary by director Sam Mendes and screenwriter Justin Haythe (HD)
· Richard Yates: The Wages of Truth (HD)—Blu-ray only
