RuPaul's Drag Race
Anyone watching this?
I've never watched "Another Top Model" but I'm guessing the format is the almost the same. RuPaul, the famous drag queen, talks to the men in drag who are competing for money and publicity and later judges them (along with her guest judges) on their drag skills and their competance at other various tasks. At the conclusion of each episode, it comes down to two who must "lip sync for your life!" with the better remaining in the competition.

Interesting and very funny stuff. I think they are close to the finale.

Reading the comments on that site, most people seem to be against her. I don't have a problem with her/him. He actually looks pretty hot as a woman too.

The comments against Rebecca seem to be based on what the other contestants felt about her. I guess the show wants to make her out as the mean one.

im watchin rupals drag race!! im a woman, mom of 2, totally straight, and my fiance' cant stand the show. but i absolutelty LOVE LOVE LOVE it.... those bitches look WAY better than me! lol. secretly i want them to trip over there 6' heels... only cause im jealous. they're so beautiful... the make up was flawless. nina flowers and rebecca glasscock were my two favorite. nina was rock hard scary beauty. and rebecca was just plain beautiful... 2nd season just started. so far no ones my favorite. but its too early to tell.... this shows made a fan for life... hope it doesnt ever end!! love you RU-'!!!

Just saw the first episode of season 2 last night, and it was pretty funny. .. those huge drag queen eyelashes flappen in front of the fan had me in stiches!
I can't figure out why they'd let someone on who didn't know how to sew, though. I mean, aren't most challenges going to be centered around creating an outfit?

Lots of attitude....which makes the show hilarious. I've seen queens get in fights in real life and wigs so fly....also black eyes and busted lips!

RuPaul as a man looks a whole lot different than RuPaul as a woman. I kinda wish she was always in drag for this show, it throws me off. Maybe that's the point. But I would rather see the glamour of RuPaul, than the man-looking turtle.
