I was just gonna post this as I just placed my order. Great price. I've only ordered from them twice and while the shipping as kind of slow, I had no problems. It was only $33.90 shipped for me, though.

another option is Amazon marketplace where you can get this for about $16 shipped. Obviously a ton cheaper, but some dont like the marketplace so I guess thats up to whoever is buying. Just a thought though.

I already have 2001 and Full Metal Jacket on HD DVD; A Clockwork Orange on BD; The Shining two-discer on DVD; and Eyes Wide Shut somehow made naked Nicole Kidman and rich weirdo orgies boring, so I'll be taking a pass on this deal. Otherwise, it's not bad.

I just snatched a "Like New" copy from Amazon Marketplace for $11.20 + $2.98 shipping - I figured I wouldn't find a better price anytime soon! I'm glad I waited for this (not that I could have afforded anything more in this economy!). --Peter

I decided to spring for a 'New' copy for $1.22 more. I figure the little extra is worth it if it's factory sealed and there is no wear to the individual cases. The prices for this on the Marketplace are suspiciously cheap at the moment, but with the Amazon A-to-z Guarantee there is really nothing to lose.

Amazon also has the Stanley Kubrick - Warner Home Video Directors Series, the 2008 box set available from a secondary seller for $15.37, with FREE Super Saver Shipping.

Less movies, but they are the newer, 2-disc editions (which have better sound and picture quality from what I understand). A pretty good deal at that price.

I don't have enough posts to provide a link, but a search for "Kubrick" on Amazon will find it quick enough.

Many thanks to the OP for starting this thread. I was able to pick up a "like new" copy on amazon marketplace for $11.42 plus shipping. How could I say no? I only want 2001, but I'll find good homes for the others after I watch them.

I find the term "like new" to be very subjective with Amazon Marketplace sellers. Especially when the same seller has a "like new" copy of the Kubrick Collection for $15 and another "like new" copy for $25. Makes me think one is significantly "newer" than the other.

If any of you are buying this for only a couple of the movies, I'd be interested in taking "Eyes Wide Shut" and "A Life In Pictures" off your hands, as well as the cardboard slip case for all of the films. I just bought the rest of them in the set from a DVDTalk member for $3 each, so I'd like to complete the set if I can. PM me if you're interested.
