Barnes & Noble 40% Off Art House DVDs

Before anyone jumps me, I'm perfectly aware that this has been mentioned in the official B&N coupon thread. However, this is an outright sale that does not require a coupon, and I suspect there are at least a few forum members who do not regularly shop B&N (nor read the aforementioned thread) that might appreciate a more direct alert to this sale.

So, um, yeah...Barnes & Noble is running a 40% off sale on Art House DVD's, no coupon or membership required (although members save even more). I was actually impressed by what constituted "art house." I originally suspected this was just a way of moving some dust collecting indie flicks, but saw instead quite a variety of interesting titles.

I stopped in a B&N last night. I almost snagged Chocolat and Office Space at 40% off, and I found a few in their $4.99 section of interest. I ultimately passed on all of these respectable discounts in favor of the Eyes Wide Shut 2-disc release I've been wanting and have had a hard time finding around here. It wasn't on sale at all, so that sucked, but at least I have it now.

Even though it is a 40% sale you can still use coupons and other discounts online and in store. There are plenty of member and non-member coupons available in the B&N coupon thread. Use either a online code, or print a store coupon found at one of the links. If you are a non-member order through the military.com link and save 6% in addition to a 10% coupon, and get free expedited shipping.
