YES! Discovery Channel's Time Warp - June 9th
One of my favorite new shows of 2008. Tvshowsondvd.com is reporting a June 9th release. Only a $29.98 SRP! This is a steal.

I love this show. I'm not big on the hosts though. Sometimes they are pretty solid and other times just annoying as hell.
That being said, I couldn't imagine watching this show in SD. If there was ever a show designed to be seen in high def, it's this one.

Couldn't agree more. This show needs to be viewed in HD. As for the hosts, I like them. They can be goofy at times, but for the most part they are knowledgeable and entertaining.

Actually that's my biggest beef with them. To me they don't seem knowledgeable at all. Apologies if they are intelligent guys, but it comes across on screen like they're reading from a script. That leads to awkward bits where it sounds like they are totally bullshitting and don't even believe what they are saying themselves.
Oh well, it's a damn fun show.

Agreed on both points. The hosts have the charisma of a bag of wet leaves, but visually the show is stunning.
