Although I disagree about Foreman (but not about "Foreteen"), I agree with pretty much everything on this list.

i don't find it disappointing. it's definitely not as good as past seasons, but it's still pretty much one of the best shows on any of the 4 networks.

How can they say Foreman was there least favorite of the original 3 and then in the next one say that Chase was the weak link? I've personally always been a big Foreman fan and actually like where his character arc has taken him.

I thought the PI was good, but he was nothing more than a Wilson stand-in. He should still be on the show because they've relegated Wilson to nothing more than some nosy go-between for the stupid House and Cuddy... whatever it is.

10. Because After Five Seasons, We're On to Them
We know this show is a procedural, but they could switch it up once and a while, couldn't they? Why do the doctors always need to almost kill the patient twice with misdiagnoses before they find out what the actual culprit is. Isn't House supposed to be excellent at his job? Couldn't he get one right the first time once and a while? Or even the second time? Let's break out of the formula once in a while. Please?

Foreman is my favorite of the old-team. I like him. I just hate Foreteen. I can't stand Olivia Wilde, and their relationship looks so forced. There's no way.
I'll agree this season has been quite a downer. Here's hoping it get's better.

I can't see the list as it is blocked here at work, but I've been finding it harder and harder to keep up with the episodes lately. Before there was some relationship stuff that I cared about, but I just don't care about Cuddy and the baby and Foreman and 13.

This is their Top-10:
1. Too Much Thirteen
2. House Seems to Have Given Up
3. Cameron is Rarely On
4. Cuddy is Baby Crazy and Stupid
5. Too Much Foreman
6. Chase Is Never on the Show
7. Wilson Is Too Mopey
8. They Got Rid of Lucas
9. Too Much Cuddy/House Flirting
10. Because After Five Seasons, We're On to Them
(Read the original article, though, for the detailed explanation of each)

I don't know, nothing on that list is even half as annoying to me as season 3's David Morse storyline was.

Seasons 4 & 5 - it's still a good show, but not as good as it was. However, it still has one of the best main characters ever on TV.
If I had to sum up the Top-10, it'll be this: Return the show back to where it was in its first 3 seasons (aka, bring back the old team, dump the new team; and return House, Cuddy and Wilson back to the way they were in the early seasons).

Thanks for the list, dhmac.
I agree with getting rid of these new interns and going back to the old, but not sure how much sense it would make in terms of the storyline.

Everyone keeps begging for House to work again with Foreman, Cameron and Chase. However, how the hell would that work? They all have new jobs and aren't residents learning under House anymore.

Re: House - Ten Reasons Why It's So Disappointing This Season
Back then we'd get about one episode a season that focused on one of House's fellows or Cuddy. Now pretty much every episode features somebody other than House, and they don't even spread the wealth among Taub and Kutner other than little random asides about their problems.

I hated the PI storyline.
The David Morse storyline was, as mentioned by somebody else, incredibly annoying.
But the storyline with that big fat black guy was truly insipid.
We all know that Chase, etc are coming back. They're still first billed!

Re: House - Ten Reasons Why It's So Disappointing This Season
I agree with pretty much all the points. Add the Morse/cop storyline which I thought was just awful, and I thought the show has gotten worse each season. Season 1 and 2 were the best and since each season's gotten a little worse. It's gone from a "must see" to middle-pack show. If I've got a week's worth of shows on the DVR, I'm watching about 8 shows ahead of House. Give me the original cast.

It's nice to see that one of the biggest complaints of fans (not enough Chase and Cameron) is being addressed in the upcoming season.
