Get Smart defect
I got "Get Smart: The Complete Series" for Christmas this past year, and the bonus disc on Season 2 is defective, it's too late to take it back to the store and exchange it and HBOs website doesn't appear to offer any technical support or ways of exchanging a defective disc not purchased directly from them.
...any ideas on what my next move should be?

Re: Get Smart defect
from HBO.com

Does HBO replace defective videos or merchandise purchased from our online store?
Please go to the HBO SHOP and on the top right hand side click Help and you will notice several FAQ's regarding online store policies, returns and how to contact customer service

Re: Get Smart defect
Did you try contacting HBO customer service? While they mention online purchases from them that does not mean they won't provide any support. First spot check to see how many may be bad then give then a chance to see if they maybe able to help. While I would imagine you could get a replacement if it was a defect in the disk, a scratch at this point may be too late.
