Oh, bogus - I just placed an order on Friday because their used prices went back down to $4.99 and I feared a few titles would sell out before another code came around.

Eh, I might still go for a couple of the $6.99 titles if they lower the prices before the free shipping expires.

10am CST update:

Still not working, but I found a phone number and called. He seemed pretty baffled.
They looked into and he called me back, said they stil can't figure out why it's not working, but should be by the end of the day.
In the meantime, he had me place my order and then he just credited me the shipping cost.
