Can anyone tell me which tarot card it was at the end? The stupid CW logo in the lower right corner was so big I couldn't make it out.

I really hate obnoxious station logos (especially when they're enlarged to fit in an advertisement)

Gave away the mother? It's not a secret. Everybody knows that Jason's mom is the killer in the original. If you didn't then you should have seen the movie sometime in the past 29 years. Anyway, the remake is not a remake of only part 1. From what I've read, it's a retelling of parts 1-4. I'm assuming there will be a flashback of Jason's mom killing people, but the majority of the film is Jason killing everybody.

^I was pissed about that too... CW has the worst logos... if you advertise a show while I'm watching a show, it's not going to make me want to tune in...it makes me want to not watch out of spite. Very decent episode with a pretty cool plot. Not as much witty banter as usual but still pretty good.

That logo thing was damn annoying.

This ep wasn't very good, IMO. The pacing was slow, the monster/threat wasn't very compelling and even the bits with Ruby didn't add anything we hadn't seen before.

Also, it was kind of odd that the final scene in the bar seemed to be directed squarely at Dean, as a possible glimpse into his future, yet somehow it convinced Sam that "I don't want to be doing this when I'm older."

Dude - the target audience for ticket sales for this is an age group that was not born when the original came out. It is very, very likely that the majority of the kids that will see this in theaters know about the original but never actually saw it. So to them, it is like a secret. Anyway who cares? It is likely suck anyway.

I'm so ready to get back to the main storyline. This episode was pretty useless. The best thing about it was the title. At least Ruby made an appearance.

When is the damn CW show going to get off its ass and get shows up online quicker. I missed this show due to conflict and now I can't watch it!

They should do a future episode where a demon tortures people by making them watch this episode. I didn't think it was ever going to end.
