yamaha HTR5150 or RV1105

Need a little help in picking a receiver from all you gurus out there. I have the following 2 Yamaha choices
1) HTR5150 (~$420) - i hear this is being phased out/going out of stock
2) RV1105 (~$450) - supposedly an old timer but has some better features than the above
My thoughts on this at the moment are that the HTR5150 has more inputs and has lower power(but i can live with the lower power). Is there any reason why i should go with the RV1105? Is it that bad that the HTR5150 is being phased out? Any and all advice appreciated.
