I was very annoyed how they got he bomb in there (last ep). They made it a point to show KITT has sleeping darts built in and the guys with guns were right in front of him. He could have shot them and opened his door to knock the other guy over. But no. Now Mike has a bomb in the trunk and the ambassador is a hostage again. The Hoff needs to come back with the real KITT (trans am) and show these noobs how its done.

Part 2 of 3. Can't say I'm going to be hurrying to my DVR to watch this. Maybe I'll hold out until next week's airs to watch it.

is this the one with KARR? if so, why don't they put that in the synopsis (god forbid NBC generates some interest, instead of riping off )

Not a bad episode. I was wondering how much they would show of driving at 100+ Mike had some good Jack Bauer kills there, albeit KITT assisted. KITT had a great line at the end:

Next weeks looks really good, with a lot of action.

Ratings are in, a little down from last week's 3.7/6:

"American Idol" scored a 15.1/24 at 8 p.m. with its second audition show.
"Old Christine," 4.8/8, and "Gary Unmarried," 4.6/7, put CBS in second.
NBC came in third with "Knight Rider," 3.4/5,
while ABC aired a "Lost" rerun.
The CW got only a 0.9/1 from "13 - Fear Is Real."

I just hope the next episode is all about KARR and not just a little five minute sequence at the end.

BTW, who is the voice of KARR in the preview? It sounded familiar.

Really? That's awesome news! Since we didn't get William Daniels (although Val Kilmer has been doing a good job), I assumed we'd get someone new as the voice of KARR.

I'm glad Cullen has gotten to reprise two of his most iconic characters.
