It was a real fun episode. I like when they do these. Karaoke was great as was Jamie playing poker.

Really? Karaoke was cringe-worthy for me. The show is finally growing on my GF and felt embarrassed for that scene. And as she said "Since when can a five year old year...and that fast?!"

Yeah, that scene might have been okay if they had just stuck to the singing, but the slo-mo choreographed dancing shots were brutal. I've been impressed that they're managed to avoid making Jamie an annoying tv kid, but if they keep doing cutesy scenes like that and the poker thing I may have to rethink that opinion.

Wow, Mia. Wow.

I really liked the 'playing walkie talkies with my brother' line. And all the character stuff in this ep, really. Brooke/Mouth, Luke/Peyton, even Brooke/Julian and Sam/psycho guy's brother. For all the over-the-top stuff this show does, the character interactions always feel real to me.

OTH has changed from a teen drama to a family drama. I wonder how much Exec Prod Greg Prange (Dawson's Creek) had to do with the change.

It was an OK episode. I really like the Lucas/Peyton storyline. It has a lot of heart.

My guess is:
Spoiler:
she will lose the baby.

The Karaoke was horrible, but the scene with the kids on the bench was excellent. The walkie talkie scene was pitch perfect.

Does OTH have the prettiest lineup of actresses working on TV these days?

Peyton doesn't do anything for me, but otherwise, yes. Just think if Rachel were still around.

This was a really good episode. I really liked them integrating Mia more into the show. Agree with Patman that Kate Voegele was really cute in this episode. The episode was humorous and very light-hearted. I really liked the scenes with Luke and Peyton

The Karaoke stuff wasn't that bad. At least they gave the guys a cheesy 90's rap song like "Bust a Move" instead of having them attempt to sing.

Soppy? Jesus Christ there is no pleasing huh when it comes to this show.

This is a young adult/family drama. What the heck were you expecting watching this show? I thought this episode was fun and I think the show has gotten better steering away from the dark and gloomy episodes that plagued season 5.
