The best trailer of 2008

What did you think was the best trailer released this year? That is, the trailer was released this year, not necessarily the movie.

Right off the bat, I'd have to say Watchmen, Wall·E, and Quantum of Solace.

Watchmen (with the Smashing Pumpkins song.)
Synecdoche, New York (With "Little Person" Song.)
The Dark Knight Teaser (Maybe this came out in 2007 though...The one w/ the "You've Changed Things" line in the opening.)
Austrailia (Original trailer with the score and very little dialogue)
Milk
Miracle At St. Anna

Watchmen - I've never read the graphic novel, I'd only heard of it a few years ago, and yet I knew this trailer was important. The use of the song was absolutely perfect, and made the trailer more like a mini-movie in its own right. This trailer, with the music, images, and text, told me how much of an event this movie is going to be. The editing, the action, all spot-on. I had never heard of the watchmen before, and now I can't wait to see them on screen.

The Dark Knight Trailer #2. The one that starts with Batman jumping off the rooftop in Hong Kong.

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button Teaser. The montage from the movie combined with The Aquarium was incredible. Completely overshadowed Indy 4 which it was attached to.

"Why So Serious" Dark Knight Trailer, I know it came out at the end of last year but it made you want to see the film, the others I saw did very little for me.

TDK trailer 2/3.
Watchmen trailer 2/3.

The Spirit teaser with the untouchables music.
Terminator teaser.

And I must say that the Austrlia trailer with the air raid siren was great, though I decided to skip the movie.

I really liked TDK.

One of my favorite is the one for 'The Wrestler', for some reason that one really works for me.

'Mongol' is another that got me stoked, the trailers for the US release.

'Watchmen' is really cool.

even though not the best trailer (though held out promise with the 2 principles), "Sympathy for the Devil" by Rolling Stones kicked ass in "Righteous Kill".

Watchmen- Looks great
The Dark Knight
Iron man- I likes the teaser. Especially the raspy Iron man voice at the end, it was way better that f-ing C3PO voice they gave him in the movie.
