For the Bible Tells Me So is a well-made documentary following five families who are ostracized from their churches because they have a gay or lesbian child. It's message is that one can be a person of faith and accept / be LGBT lifestyles. We screened it recently at our church and one of the families from the film was there to speak / answer questions. It's usually a $20+ film, so if you know someone who would benefit from watching it (a friend of mine who is gay and not "out" at his home church had a few teary moments during the screening), it's worth picking up at this $13.81 price.
