TV shows that would have made great video games

but never got made.

Angel (could have been similar to the Buffy games)

Stargate SG 1 (would have made for a great squad based game they kept talking about it many were promiised none were made)
DR Who (so suprised there has never been a video game for this.)

The wire (could have been a great video game were you got to choose to play as a gangsta or cop or a game were you took on both roles as seperate characters.)

Xena
Hercules
fringe
blood ties (play as either of the shows MCs)
Hereos (play as any of the main characters)

The Wild Wild West - a 'classic' show with elements of everything...sci-fi, spy, western...

You could play as Jim, Artemus or one of the villains (namely Dr. Miguelito Loveless!)

I'd like to see Pushing Daisies take a Sam & Max point-and-click approach to gaming.

Captain N was a TV show based on a multitude of video games. I'm sure the majority of characters licensed for that show were done so with the intention of promoting their existing video game properties. Turning the show into a video game would've made as much sense as someone going, "you know that Slinky Dog in Toy Story is a hit with the kids, someone should make a toy of that character."

I had the Masters of the Universe game for Intellivision:

I'll bet a series writing staff-written video game of Arrested Development would be really funny and fun.

I know that the show had characters from different Nintendo games, but there wasn't a game of the show. It would have been cool to have a game based on the show or with all of the shows characters. It could be similar to Super Smash Bros.
