So how is this deal on a 32" LCD?

I'm thinking about getting the wife a 32" TV for the bedroom. It won't be used often but I have an extra HDDVD player I'll hook up to it. Then when I upgrade my s300 in the familyroom I can move that up there too. Everything I've been seeing is in the $400 - $500 range. I found this at Sharp at CC for $480 and the reviews were favorable.

I was going to wait but I think if I am going to do it I'll do it for Christmas
