Received a sheet of coupons for Arby's in the mail. Advertised is a free mint chocolate swirl shake with first time registration for Arby's Extras at arbys.com (www.arbys.com). Indicates that once you register, a coupon will be e-mailed to you for the free shake. By registering you'll get info on upcoming promotions, new product info and special coupons. Offer expires 12/28/08.
A heads up: I registered at the site but there was nothing on the website that mentions this deal. It does show this new shake, but nothing about the coupon. I may follow-up with an e-mail to confirm...

I can confirm that once you register, you do - within 24 hours - receive the coupon at the email address you registered with.

I went today to get my free shake. I was also gonna try the $1.99 Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich bit it was $3.00 for some damn reason at my Arby's. So I said screw it and just got my free shake. Why isn't my Arby's selling these for $1.99?

I had one of these before I heard about the coupon and was disappointed to see that the "chocolate swirl" is just chocolate sauce they pour on the glass to make it look like there is chocolate throughout the shake. It's mostly just mint. However, I like mint shakes, so I was still happy. Just be aware....not as much chocolate as you'd think.

Tried to use my coupon the other day & the first Arby's stated that they don't take coupons. The second Arby's was out of the shakes (but they did have Beef N' Cheddars for $1.99).
I get the whole franchise thing, but that's BS.

Enjoyed my free shake today. I noticed that when I finished it, the chocolate was still stuck to the side of the cup. :lol: I did enjoy the mint shake, especially since it was free!
