Need help: Lost remote to HDTV
I recently moved and can't seem to find my HDTV remote, particularly the remote to the Samsung HP-T4254. I was wondering what the best solution is for this type of problem.. should I buy the same one online, can I contact Samsung, or can I get a remote that will do the same thing? FYI, I need it in order to access the TV menu options. Thanks!

you can probably get a univeral remote that can do most, if not all, of the same things. I'd contact Samsung first and see how much it would be. I use a universal remote (Harmony 880) but I keep my television's remote around in the event I need to adjust something that I haven't figured out how to navigate to using my 880 (any picture setting, for example).

I bought a Harmony 880 a couple of weeks ago and love it. It replaced 4 different remotes and I have not found a single thing that it can't do...so far...knock on wood. It would probably be cheaper to get a replacement from Samsung but if you would like a universal I would check out the 880. I paid $99 for mine at Amazon.
