Ok guys.I just picked this up at Best Buy.I printed out Circuit city web page and had BB price-match.Manager gave it a long hard look and said "wow".She gave me the price AND got to use the $3 manufacture coupon found in the paper today.$4 out the door.Thanks OP

so yeah, YMMV indeed.
i did then just place the order online, but it cost me an extra $2 shipping. I almost wanna order a couple more at $7 from CC, then return them at Best Buy as "unwanted gifts" after Christmas without a receipt, for credit at their much higher price - just to screw them.
what can i say? im a vindictive person.

same here. i then pointed out (i had also printed) CC's "one price promise" where they state online and in-store prices will be the same, but they didn't care.
so yeah, YMMV indeed.

But instead of being upset with them (and threatening shenanigans), we should be praising them for even having the policy in the first place, especially when they bend the clear rules in our favor occasionally.
