www.hhgregg.com has the Panasonic 35 blu-ray player for $199 delivered. And it has a mail away coupon for 2 Disney blu-rays.
Its a one day online sale.

The ad for the 2 free Disney Blu-rays shows Nightmare Before Christmas and Ratatouille. But, then the mailing address says, "Sleeping Beauty Promotion." Nowhere on the mail-in coupon does it even give you an option to see or select which Disney Blu-rays you would be getting. Anyone else confused? This player at least seems to have good reviews. . .
EDIT:
I found the answer on the official Disney Promotion website.

The blu-rays are indeed Ratatouille and Nightmare Before Christmas.
I'm in for one of these.

Now I know what "Panny" means.
Thanks, OP!

Just read the fine print on the mail-in offer.
It says that you must live in the same state as the store where the blu-ray player was bought to get the free blu-ray discs.
"Store receipts must emanate from the same state as consumer address."
Just a heads-up.

Oh no! That's absolutely ridiculous. I may have to cancel my order now.

FWIW, Costco has this model for $280. They currently have an instant savings at the register for $50 off, making it $230. However, from December 5 through December 14, it will be $80 off for a total cost of $200 plus tax. All Blu-ray players that Costco sells has an HDMI cable included in the box. For the price of sales tax, you get the cable and the greatest extended warranty in the book(Costco still offers a no time limit, no questions asked return policy on DVD players).

Is this confirmed? Will a coupon be required?
If so, you just made my biggest holiday gift-buying decision for me.

Further proof of Costco's awesomeness!
I haven't seen the Panny player at my Costco, but I haven't looked very close.

It's listed in the Costco Connection magazine that I received today. It's on page 49. The item number is 359646 or 301111. I was just at Costco and can confirm that the everyday price for this player is $279.99, so it should be $199.99 between December 5 and December 14. This should be an instant savings at the register with no coupon neccesary.

Someone over at AVS stated that item number 301111 refers to the Panasonic DMP-BD30 player(makes sense, 30xxxx for the 30 player and 35xxxx for the DMP-BD35 player). If true, the DMP-BD30 player will be $119.99($199.99 regular price less the $80 discount). I know that this is last year's model and is only Profile 1.1, but 120 bones is rather tempting!

I'm looking at the site and I see a price of $239. Am I missing something? It even has $239 in the copy of their print ad.

Since we bought I bought it online wouldn't that mean that I bought it in the state I am in? Confused

I decided to chance it by using the email invoice I received after making the purchase. Nowhere on the invoice does it say the store location of the company. It only had my address. So, I'll mail in that invoice along with the UPC and pretend like there's no reason for me to worry about them disqualifying my rebate request. Worst case scenario, I just got a fantastic Blu-ray stand-alone player for $199 including tax and shipping. So, not the end of the world.
