Best Nintendo DS games for kids?
I bought a Nintendo DS Lite for my 8-year-old daughter (for Xmas), and I want to get a couple of great, appropriate games. So what are the best titles for that age? I gather the New Super Mario Bros is a good place to start? What else?

Funny, we just had this come up in the Nintendo DS thread. I suggest Mario Kart, Pokemon, and Animal Crossing. I might suggest MySims as well.

My daughter is 8 and she loves cooking mama and planet puzzle. She has some others, but these two are the ones she plays the most

My 8 year old daughter loves this one and Cooking Mama.

She's not nearly the gamer my son is (He's 10).

My 10 year old son loves the Lego games (Star Wars, Batman, etc) on the DS.
