Best Buy's Best Blu-Ray Deals?
I have a ton of Best Buy gift certificates that I want to use up. I just got a new plasma and PS3 and therefore figured I'd buy a bunch of Blu-Rays. Unfortunately, they all seem soooooo overpriced and I just can't bring myself to buy too many at those prices.
I did find a couple of movies that I wanted that seem reasonable (300, I am Legend, The Fugitive, and The Departed) all for $20 each. Is anyone else aware of ANY reasonable deals at Best Buy? I really want to use up these gift certificates and would probably be paying a few dollars more than I can buy at Deepdiscount.com, etc., but for most, I can't justify the additional cost (e.g. Ultimate Matrix trilogy costs $100 at Best Buy, but $75 on DeepDiscount).

Good advice. Also, sometimes Best Buy lowers prices without telling us in the ads. I recommend going to DVD Price search and doing a power search narrowing results titles between 0 and $20 and to Best Buy.

They have Band of Brothers in-store for $60. Since you have gift certificates this would be my #1 Blu-Recommendation for someone for that price. It's the definition of a must-own Blu.

you just gotta go to your local best buy and check it out for yourself... i have 3 near where i live and i always check the 3 of them out to see if they have anything different ... usually they do ... not all best buy have the same stock or design or things on sale that are not on the ad or website...
your best bet though might be to hold off on buying for a bit until you see something you want and not just because its on sale ...
if you get a chance to go out on black friday go to wal mart they're gonna have a few REAL GOOD blu rays for 15 bucks including Iron Man
