Still waiting for a renewal on this. Would much rather have this over Daisies.

Finally the sister is back. And does Tripp think he stands a chance with the young girl?

"I'll kick your ass if I can find it!"

"Ah, hell no!"

Great episode.

Wow - Simon. Calm down there. I'm loving that they are trying to make Nola three dimensional.

I really REALLY don't like the turn they're taking with Simon here. Not to repeat Nick's soliloquy or anything, but he's gone for a cunning business man and strategist to an under-handed, deceitful, manipulative kidnapper and criminal.

Love the episode though and I hope Brian and Jeremy get a spin-off with some West Coast branch of Darling Enterprises.

This may sound silly this far into the show, but I think this might be getting a little too "soap opera"ish for me..

I think they must have seen the writing on the wall, so they started playing their cards as quickly as possible. Two of the last three have seemed a little too soapy for my tastes as well.

Guess it doesn't matter anymore since the word is that it's canceled.

Sarah Carter - not a bad consolation prize.

Why are the Darlings and Nick NOT digging deep into Simon?! Are they just blind to him?

Yeah, seriously. What's up with that storyline? If the rest of the season is like this episode, I'll probably stop watching.

Question: Do you know if ABC plans to air the Thanksgiving episode of Dirty Sexy Money that got pre-empted by Barbara Walters' Obama interview? -- Par
Ausiello: Per ABC, an air date for the episode is TBD, which I just learned is short for t'never b'will d'air.
Grr. ABC didn't release S2 of October Road on DVD so I wonder if we will ever see this one..apparently this was the episode where Samarie Armstrong came back.

My wife and I both distinctly remember seeing her in the preview for what we thought was last week's episode. Guess we just assumed the wedding would be a bigger draw for her than Thanksgiving.

I am going to miss this show next year.

Yeah, they skipped over episode 7 and went straight to 8. You wouldn't know it, of course, as 7 was simply a filler. That leaves 5 more episodes left (6 if you include the Thanksgiving episode). Hopefully ABC will air them. I'm hearing they will burn off Pushing Daisies episodes in a night or two (airing back-to-back).

This show was a lot more fun when it was - well, a lot more fun. As someone already suggested, it's getting to be more and more like a soap opera.

I agree. I think they went overboard when Nick lost his moral ground. What made the show fun before was when the Darlings were crazy and soap opera-ish, but he was solid, trying to find out about his father's death.

When his wife kissed a Darling and then he started dating another girl and/or Karen, it just got silly. I'm still trying to figure out why this other girl would have lived with the Darling's for a couple weeks when her own house was clearly within the city.

I hope it ties up well, but I think it's time for it to end before it just goes absolutely crazy.

That's easy. So she wouldn't call a lawyer, and because his trigger was Tripp-ed.

Well, that's why the Darling's want her there, but I didn't buy that her character with a job and full life would take a couple weeks off to live in a stranger's house, no matter how rich they are. Especially when her own home is only a short distance away.
