Looking at some poker room reviews (many of these seem old) and I'm not getting a good sense of where I might get some low-level O8 action in Vegas. Any suggestions?

AVP says that The Orleans spreads the only regular 4/8 O/8 half kill game in town.

Many other rooms appear to carry it only "occasionally". Check through all the rooms on the sidebar to the left.

Ahh good link. I've got some reading to do. Thanks Scorch.

Now ... which room will serve me some nice single malt? ;)

O8 can be found daily at 3 rooms now:

1. Orleans, as posted above. This is the longest running and most consistent O8 game. It spreads at the 4/8 level (half kill at $60 scoops), 24 hours a day, and at the 8/16 level every night.

2. Venetian. They have been getting 1-2 tables of 4/8 O8 with a half kill at $40 scoops. It has been going daily, but may not be a permanent fixture unlike the Orleans.

3. Mirage. The Mirage has been spreading 5/10 full kill for quite a while. It goes every day, but often dies at night.

Unfortunately, the Wynn 10/20 half kill game completely died a few months ago, after going daily for over a year.

For Single Malt (though I realize that you are pulling a Swingers), I recommend Venetian or Wynn. They serve Macallen upon request, whereas most places just serve Glenlivet even when you request Macallen.

I work for Allvegaspoker.com that Scorcho linked to above. Any questions about games, feel free to ask.

A little late to help me, but I'll file this away for next time. Thanks.
