I just noticed that there were a good sized amount of Doctor Who DVDs on sale.

Most of the complete series sets are under $60 (except for series 4). A lot of single stories are also on sale with City of Death at only $18.99 and The Dalek Invasion of Earth at $15.49. Some are even as low as $8.99 (mostly on the earlier released stories)

Anybody found a good deal on the forthcoming S4 set? BB is charing ~$20 more than the Amazon price. However, my assumption is that it will be less this in this weekend's flyer (although probably still $70+).

And also, Tower.com is matching Amazon's deals on Doctor Who and most are even $1 less than amazon!

I dont mind them jacking up the price (but not to full $99.99 price), as long as the price is less than Amazons!

I get charged tax through Amazon so, the price is about $71 for me

If anything, Ill order through Tower.com at $63.99

Well I just noticed the DD sale is on and that they have it listed for $65 and free shipping. If you add it to the cart does the price increaes or are we really looking at $50?

There are indeed lots of 8.99 titles, but it seemed like all of them are available as Columbia House enrollments. So instead of buying them from Amazon, I think I'll just open a new CH account... Lost In Time collection is a good price, but it's about the same at DD or DVD Planet with the sale...
