Regarding the spoiler in the 1st post: Does that mean that Raj will take more medication so he can actually talk to Penny or is he going to communicate with her via sign language and gestures?

And yes, that's why the episode wasn't as good imo - Rahj is a good supporting character, I didn't like him carrying this episode and being as annoying as he was.
Next week looks to be hysterical though:

A great future storyline would be the revelation that Sheldon has a huge cock. (That he seemingly has no use for.)
