Universal BD-Live login problems?

I remember having the same problem with the Universal HD-Dvds when logging in. First it is so stupid that you have to register with them to access features. I did it for the hD-Dvds, but usually it just froze if I tried to actually login. Now Forgetting Sarah Marshall, has BD-Live, and it keeps saying my user/pass are no good. But I go to universalhighdef.com & login with that user/pass combo & it IS correct. When you try to login on the Bluray, it's all CAPS with no way to change to lowercase, so i don't know if that's the problem or not. So, bad enough you have to register, worse yet that it still doesn't work. And Universal still (just like their HDs) all freeze if paused for a few minutes. Hitting play or pause does nothing- sometimes the pop-up button restarts it, but sometimes it only gives you the option to return to the main menu. amnd sometimes you have to stop play & reload back to the main. Why is Universal the only company whos Blurays do this?

I think that's a pretty bizarre design choice on their part too. FWIW, that popup menu button has always done the trick for me on my PS3.
