I thought that with summer over Lowe's or Home Depot or Wal-Mart would have their string trimmers on closeout but its still full price. Anyone know when or if these will go on closeout or at least on sale? I'm looking for an electric powered trimmer specifically. Thanks.

When I worked at Sears, seasonal items were always their cheapest price a month or so before the season started... If I were you, I'd wait 'til spring...

i found a very good deal at Sears using their clearance section of the website....purchased online and picked up in store the same day...got a better deal online than it was instore....just a thought...plus, there are usually some coupons floating on the internet...
