Iron Man (Favreau, 2008) Different Regions

"Iron Man" is being released in other regions and I just got my copy of the Region 3 Hong Kong disc.

Extras are completely identical to the region 1 disc, just with differences with subtitles and dubs.
The Mask version and Steelbook are still readily available to buy from many etailers.

The UK disc also seems to have the same stuff too.

Here's a R2 Steelbook that's supposedly an extended version:

But on amazon.de, the information states the PAL Steelbook is 121 minutes, which is not extended

That's what I said! Obviously, some sites are showing the PAL time while others the NTSC time.

I've seen this described as: Uncut U.S. version and with 3 additional minutes so who knows.
