"Lost Verizon"
In order to save up money to buy a cell phone, Bart takes a job at a country club retrieving golf balls. While at the course, Bart watches celebrities, including Denis Leary playing a round. When Leary s cell phone rings just as he is about to take a swing, he furiously throws the phone in the air and it lands right next to Bart. Bart decides to keep the cell and makes prank calls to all over the world pretending to be Leary.

Last night's episode was the first new episode I had seen in years. I won't make the same mistake next week.

Alright episode - funniest moment was when Milhouse flew off the forklift and hit the wall. Good old-fashioned slapstick.

The golf course scene, though - haven't I seen that before, in another animated cartoon? I've posted about that here...

The Simpsons I knew and loved is dead. That anyone actually considers the forklift bit funny is the sad proof.

The only part where I chuckled was when Bart said to the doctor on the golf course, "If I get a dollar for each ball, how many will I need to find to get a hundred dollars?" and he replied, "That's why my kids go to private school."

Last season was the best in the past years so I have some hope for this seasons.
