It was so funny when Mrs. McCluskey was telling Edie's husband, Dave, about the relationship that she has with Edie, saying, "I say she's easier to get into than a community college, and she says my face looks like a knee." LOFL!

Also, Dave gives me the creeps!

I love when this show throws in a real gem, proving that there is more than the superficial. That stuff with Gabby and Carlos, and getting thrown out of the dinner, was excellent. I love the words of wisdom from Carlos, "We haven't lost anything, except the chance to hobnob with a bunch of unhappy stuck-up snobs. I rub those people, and I can tell you, they are just as unhappy as I was when I was out chasing that stuff. We haven't lost anything that matters." Great stuff and it is so true! I LOVE this show!

A-
Neal McDonough makes a creepy addition to the neighborhood, but I HATE Susan's crap storyline and the crap actor who plays her boyrfriend.

"Dear Porter,
I really like you. But I'd like to see other offspring."

"...we have two beautiful little girls that love us more than ice cream"

Does there always have to be a psycho in the neighbourhood

Oh, yes! Because, without one, it wouldn't be Wisteria Lane, and it wouldn't be Desperate Housewives!

Lynette really crossed a line with Parker.

I seem to be in the minority, but I'm not very fond of the whole "five years ahead" storylines. Is this the plan for the whole season? I may be out if it is.

I like the five year jump ahead. It allows them to explore new stories with the characters at different stages in life.

So is it the year 2013 on the show? Only the kids have aged and technology / cars seem the same.

I would rather they spend their time writing good stories than trying to guess what cars/technology will be like in five years.

Lynette went into total douchbag territory there. Really uncool. I did really like Orson going into Dale Cooper mode though at the end there.

It could have been worse. I was waiting for him to try and cyber her or send her a lewd pic. Glad they didn't go there.

And when was that magical time when he told his mom everything? I guess that must have been if they had flashed backwards instead of forwards, because he never seemed close to his mom in the original timeline either.

So, did they just write Penny out completely, ala the younger sister on Family Matters?

Am I the only who foresees a possible teen suicide attempt involving Porter and Lynette losing it because she sees herself at fault

The show has definitely been dramatic in several areas, but I think that would be a little too dramatic.

They already had a teen suicide attempt by Bree's daughter in season 2. I would have forgot about it if I wasn't watching this on netflex.
