just a while ago i set up an account with dvdaf, being that dvdspot is going away. i took the liberty of contributing 50 dollars in an effort to prevent such a thing from happening to this site aswell, and to get the features offered for that price. yet it claims after doing so i am supposed to have 3 stars listed by my name, ect. and i do not, did i just get screwed over or what? i tried contacting them at the bottom of the page or using the report a problem also at the bottom of the page, but both repeatedly lead only to 404 errors. whats the deal here? can anyone offer any help please?

Did you check with the DVDAf's own forum? There might be some info there of others going through the same thing.

You didn't mention how you paid or how long ago. It might be a process that takes a while.

Again, their forum would probably help more than this one.

Yeah, I don't understand either why you came to this forum looking for help. What are we supposed to do about it?

The owner over at DVDAF, Ed, has to manually update it and sometimes it takes him a while.

well i did just make the account today, maybe ill just wait to see if theyll update it soon. thanks for the help. i came here though because i come here everyday anyway and i see that atleast 50% of the users here use dvdaf and figured one or more of them would have to of donated to the site before and maybe could just let me know that its something that happens normally or something. and i saw no other options. i saw a forum link on their site called 'film talk' just now, i guess i should assume thats the forum your speaking about? but yeah i just figured what would it hurt to ask for help here? i figured if someone read it and could offer some helpful advice or anything that i could just take it from there and if someone read it that found it stupid as if it shouldnt be in this forum that they would just not reply to it and move on with their lives, instead of going out of their way to ask why it was posted, theres always someone...

but thanks alot to those that tried to help, i appreciate it.
