But, you know, not likable at all.

A friend of mine (and myself too) think she's like the mom from Bobby's World, but Jesus, she eerily reminds me of a Bizarro Marge Gunderson with her snowy home and goofy voice, but her political standpoints make her repulsive IMO.

Sure, she sounds kinda like her... just less smart.

Exactly. The folksy accent is quite similar, but Marge was a lot smarter, not to mention compassionate.

No, you're not -- Roger Ebert:
http://blogs.suntimes.com/ebert/2008/10/you_didnt_ask_me_about_the_deb.html

"...When she was on familiar ground, she perked up, winked at the audience two or three times, and settled with relief into the folksiness that reminds me strangely of the characters in "Fargo."

Palin is best in that persona. You want to smile with her and wink back. But who did she resemble more? Marge Gunderson, whose peppy pleasantries masked a remorseless policewoman's logic? Or Jerry Lundegaard, who knew he didn't have the car on his lot, but smiled when he said, "M'am, I been cooperatin' with ya here." Palin was persuasive. But I felt a brightness that was not always convincing."

Depends. Can Frances McDormand in Fargo pronounce "nuclear" correctly? If that's the case, then no.

In my head during the debate, I kept hearing "I think I'm gonna barf."

Not only would I rather have Marge Gunderson as VP, but I would rather have Francis McDormand the actress be vice president than Sarah Palin.

I'd rather have Linda Litzke as Vice President, spending valuable government funds on her surgical procedures.

Biden said it wrong once as well, she said it correctly a couple of times, I think it was an exaggerated attempt to be folksy....

You guys should watch THE VIEW week day mornings.
You'll see a lot of this kind of talk about Sara on that show.
