You should still vote, just leave the presidential choice empty. Plenty of other positions/measures that are likely worth voting on.
I keep going back and forth between not voting for President and voting for Obama. I wish neither Obama nor McCain would get elected, but that isn't going to happen. I guess I should just go ahead and pick the lesser of the two evils (Obama, IMO) despite the fact that I don't support much of his agenda...

I have no problem with people like Red Dog, who have carefully considered the candidates and decided that none of them meets their criteria, and so are consciously deciding not to vote (though my offer still stands, Red Dog!) A meesage like this isn't aimed at people like them. It's aimed at the people who want a particular candidate (probably Senator Obama, though it's equally applicable to Senator McCain's supporters) but are too lazy to vote.

So for you guys not voting do you care about health care? The two major candidates have very different views on health care. Depending on who wins can cost you thousands of dollars. For me Obama plan is better but under different situations McCain's plan might be better.
The two plans don't seem equally bad or good to me. I would think that alone would push someone to vote for one of them.
