They occassionally used to show up on Sundays, but I believe the CW sold those slots to alternative programming starting this week. Honestly, you didn't really miss anything. The Green Arrow backstory was interesting, but nothing you couldn't gather from the Television Without Pity synopsis.

I thought this was a bad episode compared to the previous couple.
Too little emphasis on Clark and too much focus on the flowery. What little involvement Clark had was brought down by bad acting. Plot lines were silly, like some kind of dime store romance novel. Too much going on for one hour and everything seemed rushed and unfocused. I didn't buy into any of the GA origin.

I was really hoping the "rare tropical plant" angle would force clark to learn how to fly
instead luthor corp conveniently has it
well, slightly less convenient since clark will have to run to south america

This was an okay episode. I liked that it went in a different direction and gave some back story on Oliver. It was also interesting to see that he had a previous relationship with Tess. Being that Oliver was stranded on that island for 2 years, shouldn't he have grown a beard or mustache? Unless he used sharp rocks for shaving..

Positives: the Ollie background matching a recent comic version (stuck on the island)
Negatives: two years on the island and clean shaven/hair perfect... Ok perhaps since it was a "fever dream" we can excuse that
Negative 2: As mentioned above, lab conveniently on this continent... just jump the canal and any rivers...

Clark said he got the antidote from Queen Industries but there isnt any reason to believe that. He could have just as easily run down to Panama and stolen the antidote from Luthor Corp. I think saying QI had it was just a cover for the paramedic.

IMO another solid episode, this season is really shaping up to be good.
Cassidy Freeman is soooooo yummy
While I love Lex, she has been amazing so far.
Keep it up Smallville.

If you want more Cassidy Freeman, she's guest-starring on "Cold Case" tonight.
I think she's got weird-shaped eyes, almost as if comic book artists drew them.

I was really confused by the dream at first. I thought it was a hallucination, not a flashback.
Anyway, I thought this was a good epsiode! I'm amazed how much they are developing both the old and new characters. I'm especially liking Miss Mercer!! It's interesting to see her vulnerable side, and at the same time watch her sprint down the path of Lex. I wonder if she'll be redeemed.
Interesting connection and backstory with Oliver.
I'm also continually impressed with the budding Clark/Lois relationship. Man of Tomorrow. It's very cute how they manage to work those references in.
I like how they are leaving questions and hopefully (!) foreshadowing:
-- Maybe you haven't found your island yet Clark.
-- What is the new guys secret (yes, we kinda know from production announcements over the summer)?
-- What's the Deal with Chloe?
-- What is the rest of the story with Tess/Oliver?
-- What else happened to Tess to get her to where she is?
Edit: Oh yeah, I liked the slam on the Clark/Lana rollercoaster.
Also, am I forgetting something? When did Clark find out that Lionel killed Oliver's parents? Was it at the end of last year? I don't really recall, yet I feel I should if it was something that important.
