I love that you revived this series of threads. It makes me very nostalgic. :)
My listening habits have changed greatly since the "Today's/This Week's CDs" threads. It's all through my iPod now, more or less. Plus, about the first half of my day consumed by podcasts, usually.
Not to mention that I shuffle songs a lot now. So I'll just list albums if I listen to at least 1/4 of the songs contained on them.
Shit Yeah!! Always glad to see another fan, one of my top 5 albums of the year. (possibly bumped out of my top 5 by Jenny Lewis)

My brother turned me onto this album recently. "My Backwards Walk" and "Keep Yourself Warm" just blow me away. There's just something about their flippant cursing through a thick Scottish brogue. :)
I've fallen behind in ranking this year's albums, but I'd be surprised if this doesn't crack my top 10 when all's said and done.
Esau Mwamwaya (now in the group The Very Best which is basically him + Radioclit).
Here's three tracks from their upcoming mixtape: <a href="https://www.yousendit.com/transfer.php?action=batch_download&send_id=611074373&email=3b00c13609a8d65a5513602df0a54fc8

There's a really really hot "remix" of "Paper Planes"... I put it in quotes because it's the same music but all Esau's vocals. And he's got a great voice. (Think Phil Collins).

Massive Attack: Mezzanine
Radiohead: Kid A
The Chemical Brothers: Brotherhood
Ryan Adams: Gold
Black Rebel Motorcycle Club: B.R.M.C.
Al Green: The Definitive Greatest Hits
The Beta Band: The Three E.P.'s
Cibo Matto: Stereotype A
I think those are the CD's I've listened to the most recently.
