One Tree Hill -- "You've Dug Your Own Grave, Now Lie in It" -- 9/29/08

One Tree Hill

Synopsis:

Spoiler:

Nathan gets an offer from a professional basketball team, and Haley unknowingly puts Jamie's life in danger. Meanwhile, Peyton learns a secret about her new recording artist, and Haley discovers what's going on with Carrie and Dan.

Sounds like the Nanny Carrie saga will finally come to an end.

From the preview, hopefully the nanny Carrie storyline ends tonight and we get more Brooke and less Peyton. Are you listening God? Dean thanks you.

Did the writers watch a bunch of a bad horror movies right before they scripted this episode?

Seriously...some of that stuff at the end was brutal.

Mark Schwann may have ripped off Misery with the Dan and Nanny Carrie storyline, but I liked last night's show quite a bit. But yeah Dan killing her like that was pretty surprising.

Really? The man did kill his brother in cold blood. He had to hate her a zillion times more for what she did to him and Jamie. That seemed totally expected.

I don't. I can't say I am a big fan of Peyton and Lucas "moments", but the Brooke character has been absolutely floundering for over two seasons now. It's like, if her and Lucas aren't a couple, the writers haven't a shred of a fucking clue what to do with her. The shit with the baby last season was just god awful, and I am already past tired of the Mommy issues.

I don't either. Nathan's storyline is the only one remotely interesting besides Grandpa Skillz/GILF.

I totally thought Dan would shoot her and she would fall back into the grave she dug...but she didn't. Lame.

Deb glassing Nanny Carrie has got to be one of the best moments ever on one tree!

Nate should just say, ok i'll coach but let me train with the guys and show you what i got. If i'm not good enough fine, but if i am, give me a shot

I watched that scene of Deb smacking Carrie in slow-motion at least 4 times. Awesome.

I'm sure that's what everyone who watched it was thinking. I know I was. That would be too easy, though.

Interesting episode.

The whole Nanny Carrie thing was beyond ridiculous, but it was entertaining nonetheless.

I did enjoy Deb smacking her with the wine bottle.

I don't understand what Schwahn is doing with Brooke. She is a young attractive and successful girl and he seems to enjoy keeping her alone and miserable.

I have no read any spoilers but I could see Nate taking the job as coach and down the road the team gets some injuries and he has to suit up for a game.
