What are your Top 10 Best Actor/Actress Performances of 07, and your favourite scene from theirs?

Here are mine:
Best Actress
1. Marion Cotillard - La Vie En Rose: When Mariane finally finds the final song for her.
2. Ashley Judd - Bug: The last scene when she goes crazy. Anyone could have overacted in that role, but she did a great job.
3. Angelina Jolie - A Mighty Heart: The final dinner scene.
4. Belén Rueda - The Orphanage: The scene where she is eating dinner by herself with all the ghosts.
5. Laura Linney - The Savages: The pillow scene in the hospital.
6. Ellen Page - Juno: Her breakdown scene
7. Amy Adams - Enchanted: That's How You Know
8. Jodie Foster - The Brave One: The radio scenes
9. Helena Bonham Carter - Sweeney Todd: By The Sea
10. Nikki Blonsky - Hairspray: Good Morning Baltimore

Best Actor
1. Daniel Day-Lewis - There Will Be Blood: The final scene where he kills Eli Sunday.
2. Chris Cooper - Breach: The final elevator scene
3. Ryan Gosling - Lars and the Real Girl: When he introduces Bianca.
4. James McAvoy - Atonement: The library scene
5. Johnny Depp - Sweeney Todd: Epiphany
6. Viggo Mortensen - Eastern Promises: The bathroom scene
7. Emile Hirsch - Into The Wild: The scene where he looks cries from seeing the running deers.
8. Will Smith - I Am Legend: The scene where he has to kill his dog.

I haven't seen enough lead actor performances that I consider great.

Can i complain and say that the ending of 'bug' was way over the top and over acted? Granted i hated that movie with a passion.

This is the one performance that stuck out in my mind, though I admittedly only saw a handful of films from last year:

^^ I thought everyone did amazing that movie. Heath Ledger and Christian Bale were great too.

I can't make a list. If this question had been asked during Oscar season, I'd have a better answer.
